Around 3:30 p.m. Friday, a water main burst at the intersection of Santa Cruz Avenue and San Mateo Drive. Repairmen promptly closed off the area around the broken pipe once reported, and are working to fix it as soon as possible.
The estimated time of completion is between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m. Saturday morning. While these repairs are being performed promptly to minimize the amount of water lost, the noise level may prove an annoyance for many of the nearby residents.
