Chef’s Special Garlic Bread ($10): 6/10

Starting off the meal, the garlic bread is plated well and garnished with parsley, making it very appealing. It has a pleasant texture with a crunchy exterior and a fluffy inside. Unfortunately, the bread lacks flavor. Just a pinch of salt or more garlic would greatly improve the taste.
Popcorn Cauliflower ($16): 7/10

Piled high with crispy, fried cauliflower, the hot popcorn cauliflower is very appetizing. While the cauliflower has a crunchy texture, similar to the garlic bread, it lacks flavor. The spicy sriracha buttermilk sauce saves the dish by adding a tang that builds on the existing flavor palette. Considering the huge portion, this dish is worth the price and a good precursor to the meal.
Wagyu Beef Salad ($30): 8/10

While the price of this salad is slightly steep, it is well worth it. This dish is massive, piled with juicy meat, sweet corn, and other fresh vegetables. The steak is cooked to perfection, and the green dressing adds a more complex flavor and a sweet, vinegar-like taste. Even with excessive amounts of steak, the avocado and tomatoes balance out the salad, making it a must-order.
Organic Three Cheese Ravioli ($30): 5/10

The ravioli, filled with fontina, ricotta, and parmesan, comes topped with a rich green pesto sauce and fresh cherry tomatoes. But beneath this appetizing flavor is a bland, underwhelming flavor. The three cheeses hardly do anything to add to the taste. Luckily, the pesto adds a fresh, basil-like taste, and the tomatoes are juicy and crisp.
