Everybody has secrets, especially our seniors, who have had four years of high school to make memories they would rather keep private… unless of course, they can confess them anonymously. The M-A Chronicle asked seniors to write down something they’re willing to admit now that they’re graduating soon, but didn’t require them to leave their names. Here are some of their responses:
I didn’t realize it was a test so I Googled everything.
I pooped during all 3 of my AP tests this year.
I accidentally ran into someone’s car and then drove away.
My mom brought alcohol to the football games.
I would finesse the lunch ladies during sophomore year. I'd get 5-6 lunches by putting on disguises and lining up multiple times in different lines.
I’ve never read a singular book that I was assigned in english, even in the AP classes.
I hit an empathy counselor’s car and she got out and screamed at me.
I've had a crush on the same girl for three years now. I think God cursed me 'cause we keep having english together.
I Chat GPT’d my way through Econ.
I went to M-A Senior Ditch Day as a freshman and no one knew that I was a freshman.
I had a crush on my teacher.
For my APES community service hours my friends and I took pictures in the creek with empty trash bags and then came back 2 hours later with trash from our friend’s house every single time #MAAPES.
