Incline of 12 at a speed of 3 for 30 minutes… I do this almost everyday and I always feel great after. I throw on a show and watch while I'm walking and the time flies by.
Having a new bouquet of flowers makes me so happy. The smell reminds me of spring approaching.

Drive Therapy
Going on a drive is my go-to when I need to process my emotions. Whether I’m happy, sad or anything in between, blasting my music with the windows down seems to fix everything.
As a camp counselor, I constantly have my arms filled with colorful friendship bracelets that I make or campers give me each summer. Not only are they so cute but they’re also easy and fun to make.
Pillsbury sells seasonal sugar cookies with cute designs. They take about 12 minutes to make and are delicious!
